Shipping 

We take the satisfaction of our customers seriously. That’s why we offer free shipping for orders over $50. 

The shipping times depend on the products, it’s usually 3-4 business days and 6-9 business days with custom made items. 

Please note: we try our best to process items in one day, but it may take up to 3 business days (for non-custom items). Custom items usually need one or two days to be crafted. Shipping times don’t include processing or manufacturing times.

We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can see where your package is going.

 

Additional Notes

Please make sure you enter a correct shipping address. We use USPS and UPS to ship most of the orders.

We aren't responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes and military addresses.

 

Business Days

We work through the weekend to get your order shipped as soon as possible.

Regarding shipping times, weekends aren't included in business days.

 

Postal Holidays

USPS doesn't deliver during postal holidays. These include:

January 1st (New Year's Day)

3rd Monday in January (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)

3rd Monday in February (Washington's Birthday)

Last Monday in May (Memorial Day)

July 4th (Independence Day)

1st Monday in September (Labor Day)

2nd Monday in October (Columbus Day)

November 11th (Veterans Day)

4th Thursday in November (Thanksgiving Day)

December 25th (Christmas Day)

 

UPS doesn't deliver during the following postal holidays:

July 4th (Independence Day)

4th Thursday in November (Thanksgiving Day)

December 25th (Christmas Day)
