Return Policy

Our mission is to make you happy and offer the best accessories for you to enjoy. We’re sorry to hear if we failed to do so, but you can request the return of your new and unused merchandise within 30 days after receiving the order.

Except personalized, custom made and final sale items. If you’re not satisfied with your custom made and personalized accessories, please reach out and we’ll try to make you happy.



To request a return, please first reach out to or through contact us -page. We’ll review the situation and send you the return instructions via email. We don’t accept returns without contacting us first.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at or through contact us -page.


Cancelling Orders

We’ll start processing orders as soon we get your order. This is because we want you to receive your items as fast as possible. We can’t guarantee that cancellations are possible. If for some reason you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll see if there’s something we can do.


The shipping cost isn't refundable. If you were eligible for free shipping and the order amount drops below the required value for free shipping after returning, the shipping cost is deducted from the refund.

You must use USPS to ship the return.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. Cash on Delivery is not accepted.
